I really fancy this one as I failed to get in last time after staying in Thessaloniki and travelling on the day. Want to stay in Skopje this time as it looked good for the short time I was there.

This day is actually my 55th birthday! Hmm.. bit far off for me to commit just yet but would be a serious tick-off!

The stadium in Skopje has now been finished and holds 33,500. Based on 10% allocation for World Cup qualifiers and likely SSC points totals, Jock, Shug and I would be guaranteed a ticket if we go to the other away qualifiers provided there are not too many away friendlies that haven't been organised that we don't go to.
If Kenny fancies this one it would depend on his points total at the time.
The only direct flights from the UK seem to be Wizz Air from Luton to Skopje and they don't fly every day. I really don't fancy staying outside Macedonia given the last time I went I stayed in Thessaloniki and travelled on the day of the game and failed to get in with an away end ticket. Getting over the border between Greece and Macedonia was a nightmare. Happy to consider other routes if we don't use Wizz Air but as I say, would prefer to stay in Skopje this time.

Jock is on the case for Wizz air flights and I've asked him to book for me as soon as available. Lets discuss when we get together next week for Serbia game to see who else is interested. I'm on the case for accommodation.
